What's the role?

They are looking for a Training & Academy Coordinator to join their ever-growing team, based at their Academy Centre in Gloucestershire. You'll be supporting the day-to-day administration of the training resources and Marketing department, ensuring all training bookings are properly administered, and communicating with staff and customers to set up various training events.

Day-to-Day duties:

  • Taking care of the training schedule promoting and coordinating bookings between customers, trainers, and the sales team.
  • Purchasing goods and services to support training and marketing activities
  • Keep records of training activities and Academy purchasing
  • Setting up new vendors on the SAP CRM, and other admin activities
  • Communicate with staff and customers to understand training needs and support required,
  • Helping out with the organisation and setup of training, customer events, and meetings.
  • Making sure that training and events run smoothly, ensuring a safe and positive customer experience.

Who are they looking for?

They're looking for an enthusiastic, positive character with strong IT skills, excellent communication, strong attention to detail and organisation, and a customer-focused mindset.

Experience using G-Suite and SAP is advantageous but not essential as you'll be taught these systems as part of your induction!
