My client is seeking a highly organised and motivated Administrator to join their dynamic team in Chippenham. You'll play a vital role in supporting their daily operations and ensuring the smooth running of their services.
What you'll do:
- Be the first point of contact for answering calls and directing enquiries
- Respond to emails efficiently and professionally
- Keep the office running smoothly by managing supplies and equipment
- Assist the senior team and organise meetings for staff
- Maintain accurate records and filing systems
- Process payroll, expenses, and attendances
- Prepare and send invoices to clients
- Conduct surveys to gather valuable feedback
- Perform regular audits to ensure compliance with regulations
- Support HR activities such as recruitment, inductions, and staff files
What you'll bring:
- Previous administrative experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
- Strong written and verbal communication
