Your new role
You will be responsible for taking customer phone calls, updating and maintaining the CRM database, management of quote to invoice process, processing orders, shipment preparation, dealing with mail and faxes and supporting management and branch staff as required ensuring smooth running of the office. The hours for the position are Monday to Thursday 08:00 to 16:30 and Friday 08:30 to 16:00.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have previous administration experience, have excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills and be highly organised.
What you'll get in return
You will have an annual salary of circa £30,000 and will be working for a leading manufacturing organisation.
