School Caretaker

- Salary: £110 - £130 per day
We are seeking enthusiastic and experienced School Caretakers to join our team on a temporary basis, with potential for permanent placement. This role is ideal for individuals who have experience in general maintenance or have previously worked in similar settings. Immediate start is available for candidates with a current Enhanced DBS.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Conduct general maintenance and development of school facilities and grounds to ensure they are maintained to a high standard.
- Provide a safe, secure, clean, warm, and stimulating environment for all site users and visitors.
- Work flexible shift patterns, including early and late shifts, to meet the needs of the school.
- Perform a variety of tasks including general maintenance, caretaking, decorating, and cleaning duties.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Enthusiastic, energetic, and committed to working full days.
- Flexible approach to working hours, able to manage early and late shifts.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to undertake a range of maintenance tasks.
- Experience in caretaking or similar roles is preferred but not essential.
- Driving Licence is preferred.
