Role – Team Leader role
Location – Thetford, Norfolk
Working hours – 7am – 7pm - 4 on and 4 off shift - 48 hours per week.
Rate of pay – £13.38 - £14.43 per hour
Capacity of role – Temporary to Permanent position
Our client is a well-established business who is looking to employ a team leader to join their busy team. This role is working in a cold environment so candidates must be aware of this.
Main duties will include –
- Operation and administration support.
- Strategic planning.
- Key Account management
- Customer service.
- Can communicate at all levels, demonstrating a positive attitude paying particular attention to detail and have a strong customer focus.
- Have a flexible approach to working hours which is essential.
- Have the ability to challenge our operations in a fair but firm management style.
- Previous experience working in the warehouse industry (highly desirable).
