Sales Administrator (Spanish Speaking)

We have an opportunity for a Sales Administrator/ Customer Service will provide essential support to the sales team, ensuring efficient operation and administration of sales processes. The primary responsibility is to provide administrative support to the sales team, manage customer accounts, process orders, and handle customer inquiries. This role requires excellent organisational skills and a proactive approach to solving technical problems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the team with the preparation and processing of sales orders.
  • Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments
  • Handle and process sales orders efficiently.
  • Verify the accuracy of orders, including customer information and product specifications.
  • Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Provide information on products, services, and pricing.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly.
  • Maintain positive relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics.

Skills:

  • Fluent in Spanish and English
  • Previous experience in admin and customer/sales
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach.
