This role is an exciting opportunity to shape the hospitality and client satisfaction with this successful and rapidly expanding organisation. You will support and assist the other Client Experience Team members, providing and maintaining high client satisfaction.

Experience:
- Strong in communication and organisation
- Detail-oriented
- Adaptable to changing needs and ad hoc tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft programs and email handling
- Dedicated to providing high standards of service
- Capable of working autonomously or within a team
- CRM systems experience
Responsibilities:
- Assisting with administrative requests
- Mail handling, ordering supplies, booking taxis, hotels, and restaurants
- Client move-ins and move-outs
- Assist with client transitions, including design, IT, facilities
- Designing office spaces - participate in bespoke office design projects
- Organising & hosting client events
- Track clients' monthly spends and support finance department
