We're looking for a dedicated SEND teaching assistant to join our supportive team at Charles Warren Academy.

You're someone who'll be able to:

  • Join our specialist provision based in our school for children with Autism and/or Social Communication Difficulties
  • Use positive behaviour management strategies and motivate children to learn and enjoy school

You're someone who has:

  • Experience of supporting children in primary education
  • Experience in the use of visual strategies to support children with communication needs
  • Work collaboratively with other teaching assistants so you must be able to work in a team

The role is due to commence November 2024 / As soon as possible. This is a fixed term position until July 2025.
