Early Help Practitioner
Durham Council
We are currently recruiting for an Early Help Practitioner to join an established team within Durham County Council's Children and Families service.
Position Details
- Full time - 37 hours per week
- Initial 3 months, with the possibility
- £14.40 ltd per hour (which is equivalent to £11.80 paye exclusive)
Responsibilities include:
- Covering Baby and Me groups
- Covering Toddler and me groups
- Case work supporting Social Workers
- Organisation of the Family Hubs
- Supporting deliver of other groups and services within the Family Hub
