Entry wage: £40,735

Potential to rise to £45,693 based on experience and expertise

Flexibility on entry wage for candidates with specific packaging manufacturing machinery experience
**Requirements:
- Must be a proven electrically experienced maintenance engineer from a manufacturing background
- Ability to read and discuss Electrical Schematics
- Problem-solving skills beyond system resets
- Logical thinker with a positive attitude
- Preferred background in Manufacturing FMCG
- Qualifications: NVQ Level 3/ONC/HNC or equivalent; time-served experience is also valued
