Sales Administrator

We are recruiting for an excellent opportunity working for our client in Norwich for an administrator.

You will be working as part of a successful, dynamic, and proactive sales team with ambitious growth targets and a passion for best-in-class customer service. Your primary focus is to support the sales team in managing day to day customer requests, processing sales orders, managing customer samples and follow up, and general administration.

Hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am - 4.30pm with a 45 min lunch break.

  • Organising sample despatch
  • Sending out customer samples
  • Stock control
  • sending out web orders
  • Assisting with internal queries
  • Distributing post
