Your new role
As a CRM & Telephony Project Manager, you will lead the implementation of a new Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Telephony system. This project is at its inception, offering you a unique opportunity to shape the future of our customer service function. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from planning and budgeting to execution and go-live. You will work closely with various stakeholders, including council members, IT teams, and external vendors, to ensure the successful delivery of the project.
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience as an IT Project Manager, preferably within the public sector.
- Experience with CRM and Telephony system implementation.
- Strong project management skills, including planning, budgeting, and risk management.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of relevant technologies and best practices in CRM and Telephony systems.
