The Role
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Data Administrator to join our administrative team. This vital role supports the smooth running of the school by managing and analysing data to help drive informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update the school's Management Information System (MIS).
  • Collect, input, and analyse student, staff, and school performance data.
  • Prepare reports for senior leadership, governors, and external bodies as required.
  • Support timetabling, assessment, and attendance monitoring processes.
  • Ensure data compliance with GDPR and other regulatory requirements.
  • Provide technical support and training to staff on data systems.
  • Collaborate with other administrative and teaching staff to support the smooth operation of the school.

About You
The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience in a data administration role, ideally in an educational setting.
  • Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Excel and familiarity with MIS systems (e.g., SIMS, Arbor, or similar).
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A proactive and solutions-focused attitude.
  • The ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
  • A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and data security.
