The Partnerships Manager will be instrumental in generating new business opportunities through Third-Party Intermediaries (TPIs) and strategic partnerships, generating gross margin and profitability. Your target customers will be I&C customers and you should have 5+ years' experience in the energy TPI sector, a proven track record in partnership sales, and possess a sales hunter mentality. Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate relationships and develop strategy in the TPI channel in line with business goals
- Identify and secure new TPIs and partners to achieve growth and meet sales targets.
- Build a portfolio of Industrial & Commercial (I&C) clients via the TPI channel.
- Achieve growth and sales targets by managing external stakeholder relationships.
- Work with Account Managers to deliver a first-class service to the TPIs.
- Attend industry events, networking function, and conferences.
Skills and Experience Required:
- 5+ years proven track record of sales within the TPI energy sector,
- Deep understanding of the TPI market.
- Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal, able to engage with C-suite executives.
- Strong commercial focus with ability to capitalise on revenue-generating opportunities.
- A self-motivated individual with a sales hunter mentality.
- Must hold a full UK driving license and be willing to travel as required.
