Head of Partnerships

We're looking for an experienced Head of Partnerships to join our client, a fast-growing financial services business. This is a role where you will be responsible for the acquisition of new members via partner channels and enhancing relationships so they can be as impactful as possible.

What you'll be doing

As the Head of Partnerships, you will manage a team of six and report into the Head of Marketing with the main aim of your role to design and execute strategies to identify, approach and secure new partnerships making sure you align them with the company's values, brand and goals. Once you have secured these partners, it's all about working with them to secure new customers to the business – this is the main goal.

You will also work effectively with your team, the wider marketing team and other departments in order to develop journeys and implement these initiatives. You'll use metrics to measure the effectiveness and providing regular reports to the senior team.

This role requires you to be a leader within the company, helping to build a positive culture as well as managing, coaching and inspiring your team.

What experience you'll need to apply

  • At least 10 years' experience within a similar role
  • B2B2C experience is essential
  • Consumer finance experience is essential
  • Experience in people management, with a focus on coaching, inspiring, and leading teams
  • Proven ability to work with data and financial metrics
  • Excellent copywriting and copyediting skills, with a keen eye for detail in written materials.
  • Strong understanding and experience in marketing
  • Reliable, highly organised, and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills, a team player who is empathetic, self-aware and collaborates excellently
