About the Role: You'll be working across a wide variety of exciting projects in the public and private sector. The ideal candidate will have a sharp eye for detail, a strong creative flair, and the ability to see projects through from concept to completion. You'll need to be able to juggle multiple deadlines, communicate effectively with clients, and produce outstanding work under pressure.
Key Responsibilities for the Graphic Designer:
- Develop creative visual concepts that engage and captivate clients.
- Design and produce layouts for brochures, flyers, websites, and more.
- Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring client expectations are exceeded.
- Prepare designs for print, ensuring accuracy in proofing and amending.
- Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to deliver on time and to a high standard.
- Assist in developing in-house marketing materials to drive sales and growth.
About You:
- At least 1-2 years of industry experience in graphic design.
- A portfolio showcasing strong design, layout, and typography skills.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
- Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple tasks.
- A great communicator, able to build strong relationships with clients.
- Eager to learn, grow, and develop within a supportive team.
- Knowledge of digital and lithographic printing is a plus.
