About the Role
As a Sewing Machinist, you'll play a key part in the day-to-day production of high-quality fabric-based products. This is a fast-moving role that requires attention to detail, consistency, and the ability to meet daily output targets while maintaining excellent quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate industrial sewing machines to assemble, stitch, and finish fabric products
- Follow technical instructions and product specifications accurately
- Inspect finished items to ensure high quality and consistency
- Perform minor machine maintenance and threading as needed
- Work as part of a small, friendly team to meet daily and weekly targets
- Ensure workspace and equipment are clean, safe, and well-organised

What We're Looking For
- Previous experience using industrial sewing machines is essential
- Confidence working with a range of fabrics and materials
- Experience using double-needle machines is highly desirable
- Able to work efficiently and maintain a consistent pace
- Strong attention to detail with a quality-first mindset
