My client is looking for an enthusiastic and confident Community Fundraiser with excellent communication skills and experience of developing strong relationships whilst working towards the achievement of targets.
Salary: £26,000 - £30,000
Location: South Oxfordshire
Hours:37.5 hours per week
As the Community Fundraiser, you will be responsible for:
- To plan for and deliver income and manage the growth of fundraising income to target, and in line with the Fundraising Strategy.
- Responsible for a variety of income streams with a strong focus on recruiting community relationships and developing new Major Donor relationships to grow our high value supporter base
The successful Community Fundraiser will have the following related skills / experience:
- Previous fundraising work experience or relevant
- A track record of achieving fundraising growth and delivering income
- Willingness to attend out of hours campaign
- Confident public speaker
- Demonstrable passion for supporter development and donor care
- Driving licence
