A rapidly growing MGA are looking for a Group Reporting Manager to join their finance department to oversee the monthly financial statement close covering multiple entities across different jurisdiction and currency.
The main responsibilities of this Group Reporting Manager role will include:
- Lead and close the consolidated month the end close process for entities based in UK, EU, North America in a timely manner
- Preparing weekly and monthly cash flow forecasts
- On-board an integrate the newly acquired businesses into Group whilst aligning them to Group standards
- Assisting on treasury and cash management
- Support the Group FD in the production of the monthly group financial packs
- Assisting on the year-end audit process
- Analysis of intercompany balances, including loans and trading balances
- Manage a team of relevant staff and contribute to their learning
The successful candidate for this Group Reporting Manager role will need experience working on month end close procedures, strong knowledge in finance reporting within the insurance industry. The candidate must be a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) and be a confident communicator and have good knowledge of Excel.
