Job Title: Sales Development Representative

A rapidly growing start-up within the HRTech and L&D industry, our client's unique platform is dramatically changing the way that organisations manage their training and development programs. They're looking for a confident candidate and natural relationship builder to join their team as the focal point of their sales team!

Role:
- Gain a comprehensive knowledge of the company, their offering and the market they operate within in order to have valuable conversations with clients
- Clearly present the company offering, service, values, products and projects to prospects and inspire them to partner with the business
- Schedule meetings or demos between qualified leads and the sales team
- Accurately navigate the company's CRM, Hubspot, when managing leads and tracking interactions
- Liaise closely with the sales and marketing teams to align on outbound strategy and lead generation
- Plan and execute sales campaigns effectively to acquire new clients
Requirements:
- Educated to degree level
- Ideally one year of experience within Sales, with some prospecting/outbound experience
- Proficiency in navigating CRMs, hubspot would be ideal
- Inquisitive, goal oriented, with an innovative approach and entrepreneurial spirit
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Capable working independently and proactively
- Resilient and highly organised
