The CDM Consultant Role
As a CDM Consultant, you will confidently lead meetings and provide expert advice to clients across the Residential, Commercial, and Education sectors. This national company operates primarily on local projects, ensuring you can make a significant impact in your community while working on a variety of exciting projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Advisory: Provide effective and confident advice to clients, ensuring compliance with CDM regulations across various sectors.
- Principal Designer Role: Act autonomously as a Principal Designer, while also collaborating within the team to support project delivery.
- Compliance and Safety: Ensure all projects adhere to health and safety regulations, mitigating risks and enhancing safety standards.
The Successful CDM Consultant Will Have:
- Qualifications: NEBOSH Construction (required), Tech IOSH (minimum), APS membership (preferable).
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience within CDM roles.
