Business Change Lead Nottingham £40,000 - £50,000 + benefits

A Business Change Lead is required for this independent regional UK law firm is known for its highly effective solutions to clients' complex needs within selected markets which include the largest public and private sector organizations, alongside SMEs and high net worth individuals. This role will take ownership for leading change projects across the business, helping to build capability by working with stakeholders to ensure the successful adoption of new ways of working, systems, processes and technologies.

Key Responsibilities of the Business Change Lead

  • Building strong relationships at all levels of the business
  • Working with senior stakeholders to help define the vision of change
  • Develop change strategies and plans
  • Conduct impact assessments to understand the effects of change on the business
  • Manage the implementation and delivery of change on projects
  • Ensure that changes are successfully accepted and adopted by the business
  • Identify any issues and risks to adoption and help mitigate them
  • Map and monitor the benefits of changes to ensure they are realised
  • Be an ambassador of the change management agenda across the business

Key Skills and Requirements of the Business Change Lead

  • You will be experienced delivering change ideally within the legal or other professional services sector
  • Change management qualifications are highly desirable
  • Excellent IT skills with good understanding and experience of using MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Forward looking and positive 'can do' attitude
  • Enjoys being busy and 'hands on' with practical delivery
  • Comfortable working with people at all levels of seniority
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship building skills
