Yard Operative Opportunity in Rowfant
Location: Rowfant, Crawley
Pay Rate: £11.50 per hour
Shifts: Monday to Friday, 7am - 5pm

About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and motivated individual to join our client's expanding team in Rowfant as a Yard Operative on a temporary/ongoing basis. This role offers a supportive environment where individual initiative and teamwork are highly valued.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Loading delivery vehicles
- Filling and sealing bags with heated product
- Setting up machinery
- Understanding and adhering to safety procedures at all times
- Performing various yard duties to ensure smooth operation
Applicant Requirements:
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 25kg
- Valid Right to Work documents for unrestricted employment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to assist colleagues with additional duties if needed
Important Information:
- A driving licence with full-time access to a vehicle is essential due to the location; public transport is not available for commuting.
- The role involves working with equipment that reaches extreme temperatures during the production process, as well as handling heated products that are molten to flow from a tap into large bags before solidifying for shipment.
