Summary

Are you a creative person who loves working with others to make arts and heritage more accessible? We're looking for someone to develop partnerships with our local communities. You'll play an important part in reaching and welcoming new and diverse audiences to The Vyne.

Interviews: 9 July 2024

What it's like to work here

Working as part of a small team, you'll report to the Visitor Operations & Experience Manager. You'll also be part of a committed and enthusiastic wider team.

This grand yet intimate family home is a treasure trove of rare artefacts, and we welcome people who can help bring The Vyne's unique heritage to life.

The working pattern for this role is flexible, ideally including Sundays, but this can be discussed during the interview.

You'll be focussing on building local partnerships with community groups and raising the property's profile. You'll lead on activities that are run by these partner organisations.

As well as planning and organising a programme of events and exhibitions to run in the places covered by your role, you'll be linking these events to the places themselves to make sure they're both relevant and appealing to people.

You'll use your understanding of what people need and how to create an experience that can be enjoyed by the group you're catering for.

There will be some budget responsibility and supervising of volunteers.
