We're looking for the right leader to join a manufacturing company in Waterloovile that is currently seeking a dedicated Mould Shop Supervisor to join their team. This role is crucial for leading UK manufacturing operations to meet customer requirements and internal targets while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Paying £31,000, this is working double days, week 1 - 6am-2pm, week 2 - 2pm to 10pm. The hourly rate works out at £14.89, there would likely to be the requirement for some overtime in this position.

As the Mould Shop Supervisor, you will manage people, plans, and processes to optimise safety, delivery, and quality through daily management and continuous improvement initiatives.
What do I need?
Experience managing and leading production teams with high volume and mix, HSE management, supervising diverse teams across varying shift patterns.
Strong communication skills, organisational skills, time management and personal effectiveness, effective decision-making under pressure, people management skills to motivate and lead a diverse team.
