- Experience with working with adults in the community and reablement and enablement, candidates need experience in these areas.
- Maximising Independence Service 17+
- Support people from early intervention and facilitating disabilities.
- 2 Full time posts until 31st March 2024, Part-time welcomed
- Pay rate- up to from £27.00 to £33.85 umbrella as before- £33.85 umbrella is £29.74 PAYE
