We are excited to be working with an expanding global media company looking for an experienced Bookkeeper/Payroll Administrator. This position offers the flexibility of hybrid working, with full study support and the opportunity to work in a great, ambitious team.
This role is well-suited to an ambitious accounting professional looking to continually develop and grow their skill set.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure timely delivery of payroll to clients.
- Work closely with the Payroll Manager to handle all payroll-related tasks.
- Handle day-to-day bookkeeping tasks.
- Maintain accurate financial records for a portfolio of clients.
- Collaborate with the accounts team to streamline processes.
- Enhance client satisfaction through efficient and effective service delivery.
- Use accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks, and QTAC to perform bookkeeping and payroll tasks.
The successful candidate
- Proven experience in bookkeeping and payroll administration.
- Proficiency with accounting software (Xero, QuickBooks, QTAC).
- Strong attention to detail.
- Studying or interested in studying your AAT/ACCA
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Experience of music, film, tv, creative clients will be an advantage but not essential. A passion for music is a must!!
- Commutable distance to Central London for hybrid working.
