You will lead the Integrated Planning Pillar, within a SAP transition project in Haribo migrating the current M3 system and all planning activities including Supply & Demand Management. The role will particularly focus on Supply management for two UK Production sites based in Yorkshire.
The role initially Project Based, will be to ensure the pillar objectives are achieved for establishing an operating Demand & Supply system within SAP, allowing cutover of existing master data and launch on time.
The role will also introduce modelling and technology, to optimize production decisions and improve scheduling and production volume accuracy. The further use of systems and supporting the planning team will drive factory optimization and improved efficiency and service levels.

How you'll contribute to the mix:
- Lead and co-ordinate the Business Process Owner Pillar for Integrated Planning in the UK One Haribo Project
- Operate within the IBP Deployment roadmap and team, following the One Haribo project for enhanced Demand and Supply management
- SAP data management and architecture establishing BOMs and critical Manufacturing parameters
- Liaison with Finance teams and daily, weekly, monthly reporting standards
- Revise stock management policies in line with ERP system and Demand requirements
- Facilitate S&OP process meeting inside S&OP pipeline to support current ERP transition into SAP and eventually IBP processes
- Mapping Production capacity models and building future scenario's in line with IBP
- Building, introducing Standard Operating Procedures and supporting teams in engaging and operating to new standards.
- Liason with NPD and Demand teams to ensure accurate data and set-up in support of accurate cost management
- Management and liaison with factory planning and finance to support Annual Business Processes and regular performance and financial management
- Facilitation of scheduling and optimisation of planning to optimise factory operations.
Can you supply our essential ingredients?
- Degree qualified or experience in line
- ERP experience and SAP experience, with migration and SAP launch experience preferred
- Understanding of Food Business and Grocery Retail in respect of lead-times, stock management
- Demand and Supply management processes
- ERP Supply management and Factory processes
- Project Management skills
- Experienced FMCG Planning from an IBP environment
- Team management
