Operations Executive

One of our clients based in the centre of Henley-on-Thames with parking on site is looking for an Operations Executive to join their team. This team is then responsible for the operational arrangements required to ensure successful delivery to all our clients.

This is a Monday to Friday position and 100% office based role.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting and providing administrative services to the growing panel of suppliers.
  • To manage and resolve a high level of telephone client calls, whilst delivering fantastic customer service.
  • Data checking reports for accuracy and flagging any issues to relevant Account Manager.
  • Arranging travel and accommodations
  • Manage diaries
  • Maintaining office supplies

  • You must be a very organised person.
  • This role can be busy, with lots of actions to be completed all at the same time, so you must be good at juggling your workload, prioritising it, and being able to refocus after any interruption to your workflow.
  • Strong communicator.
  • Capable.
  • Confident personality.
