Works Planner

- Salary: £13.47 PAYE or £15.28 Ltd Umbrella per hour
We are seeking a customer-focused Works Planner to join our Maintenance Team. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service, with a preference for those who have worked in a call centre environment. This role is crucial in supporting our operational team to deliver efficient and effective services, ensuring excellent customer care and front-line service delivery.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Provide administration and customer service as part of the Maintenance Office team.
- Handle repair enquiries and process work requests from tenants and internal customers in a challenging environment.
- Update and maintain database records accurately.
- Produce documents and standard letters as required.
- Process work tickets for the in-house Housing Repairs and Maintenance Service.
- Offer technical administration support across all areas of the team.
- Work full-time office hours (Mon to Fri), with shifts from 08:00 am to 16:00 pm and 09:00 am to 17:00 pm.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in customer service, with call centre experience preferred.
- Strong administrative skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using databases and office software.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
