Our client manufacture, process and distribute glass in the UK under their brand name, using the most advanced glass and coating technology.
Your duties:
- To deal with customer requests and enquiries promptly, efficiently, and professionally to provide excellent levels of customer service and satisfaction.
- To handle customer complaints professionally and in accordance with company procedure to bring about a prompt resolution.
- To ensure all orders, requests and appropriate documentation are processed efficiently and accurately to ensure we complete within the agreed time scales and minimise cost of quality.
- To work with and liaise with team members and departments to ensure orders and requests are fulfilled as agreed on time in full in a cost-effective manner.
Candidate Requirements:
- Previous Customer service experience.
- Previous Administrator experience.
- Computer literate
- Punctual & reliable

Shifts and Salary
Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm
Salary - £21,000 - £23,000 depending on experience
This is a Temp to Perm position with permanent contract opportunity after 12 weeks. After 12 weeks you will also be enrolled into the work bonus scheme.
