We love recruiting for this growing, stable startup - who are now looking for an experienced IT Support candidate to join their vibrant head office near London Bridge. You'll be based there Monday to Thursday, whilst working from home on Friday (if you'd like to!)
This is a brand new role for the business; so we are looking for someone who is ready to bring their ideas to the table and quickly become the go to person - for everything IT!
The ideal candidate will have existing helpdesk / IT support experience - and now be ready for a step up, as this team will naturally grow over the coming years. You'll be technically minded, with excellent people skills and have a natural ability to solve problems and think outside the box.
We need someone who has:
- Strong expertise in computer hardware and software.
- Proficiency in multiple operating systems, including Windows and macOS.
- Experienced with Microsoft 365 and EntraID.
- Experience using remote desktop applications and help desk software.
- Knowledge of scripting languages, such as PowerShell and Bash
On top of the basic IT Support duties you will already be used to, the role will need you to have:
- Working knowledge in ISO processes and policies, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, including working on the onboarding of new hires and supporting global IT operations.
- Ideally, prior experience supporting global teams, demonstrating an understanding of different time zones and cultural nuances.
- Ability to effectively manage and secure IT infrastructure, implementing best practices for both support and security.
