In this permanent position, as part of our client's dedicated team, you'll be instrumental in delivering 1st through 3rd line technical assistance while enjoying a competitive salary up to £38,000. You will contribute significantly towards optimizing tech operations that directly impact end clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive 1st to 3rd line IT support
- Manage deployment and maintenance at various site locations
- support a variety of tech solutions covering BAU, Networking, hardware and more
- Ensure robust security measures are consistently upheld
- Provide excellent customer service as this will be a client facing role
Essential Skills Required:
- Multi-Site Support Proficiency:** Ability not just manage but excel at supporting diverse network environments.
- Must have a car and driving licence
- Candidates must possess or be able obtain necessary DBS clearance
