CNC Sales Engineer (Training into Sales)

£45,000 + Uncapped Commission (£60,000 OTE) + Training into Sales + Choice of Car or Car Allowance + Pension + Holiday
Are you from a Machine Tool/ CNC background looking to join a family run business with a long standing reputation in a varied role where you will be given training to thrive in the role and maximise your earnings with uncapped commission?
On offer is the chance for someone with or without prior sales experience to step off the tools into an exciting role where you will have the autonomy where what you put in is what you get out, with uncapped commission with no limits to your earnings and a positive working environment.
In this role you will be split between the office (75%) and field based visiting clients (25%). You will be involved in technical sales of specialist machine tools such as CNC, manual machines, sheet metal machines and more.
The ideal candidate will have knowledge of machine tools/ CNC/ precision engineering or similar, such as a CNC machinist looking to get into sales. Previous sales experience is beneficial but training can be provided.
The Role:
- Monday - Friday - 9:00am - 17:00pm (15:00pm finish on Friday)
- Office and field based
- Technical sales, business to business
- Uncapped commission with an OTE of £60,000+
The Person:
- Knowledge within the machine tools or similar industries
- Sales experience not required (but is welcomed)
- Full UK Driver's license
