We are looking for a high billing Senior Recruitment Consultant to join a specialist recruitment agency with a strong foothold in the Clean Tech, Energy Generation, Construction, and Advanced Manufacturing sectors, operating both in the UK and globally.
With a proven track record of delivering exceptional results, they cover roles across the full spectrum of Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Operations & Maintenance, offering both permanent and contract/temporary recruitment solutions.
The Opportunity:
A great opportunity for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join the Power team. This role is perfect for someone from a contract background who thrives in a 360 Business Development and Delivery environment. If you have a passion for recruitment and at least 3 years of experience in either the construction or clean tech sector, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities within the Power sector.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Candidate Sourcing and Management: Source, screen, and manage candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and candidates.
- Full 360 Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment cycle from initial client contact to candidate placement, ensuring high levels of service delivery.
- Market Expertise: Stay updated with industry trends and market conditions to provide expert advice to clients and candidates.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience within the construction or clean tech sector.
- Proven track record in a contract recruitment role, demonstrating success in business development and delivery.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A proactive, results-driven approach with a focus on providing excellent service.
