Basic Salary: £20,000 with OTE £40,000+
Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients and assess their particular needs
- Register and manage applicants
- To value properties and bring them to market
- Photography and floor plans
- Arrange and attend viewings around homes
- Provide regular feedback and contact to our clients
- Canvass for new business opportunities
- Have a good understanding of current industry standards and regulations and be able to speak knowledgeably to clients and applicants
- Respond to queries via e-mail and telephone
- To deliver exceptional customer service
- Sales progression regular client contact
- To increase market share and exceed targets
- Liaise with solicitors
- Close deals
Essential:
- Estate agency experience is essential
- You must be enthusiastic, ambitious and results driven
- Well-presented, communicative, and articulate
- You must have the desire to succeed and the drive to achieve
- Outstanding interpersonal skills are crucial
- Be able to present and close
- Full UK driving licence
