Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is currently seeking an Electronics Inspector for a Temp to Perm position. This role is integral to ensuring the quality and reliability of the electronic products produced.
Key Responsibilities:
- Final inspection of PCBs, electrical & electronic assemblies
- Assist in the resolution of quality-related problems
- Work with the Quality Controller to develop, improve, and maintain quality standards
- Ensure key performance targets of quality, productivity, and on-time delivery are met
- Provide QA support as necessary
- Assist the Quality Controller in diagnosing quality problems
Job Requirements:
- Experience in inspection, particularly of PCBs and electronic assemblies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical skills with the ability to work under own initiative to solve problems
- Motivated with good time management skills
- Calm and collected with the ability to work under extreme pressure
- Structured and logical approach to problem-solving
- Knowledge of quality management system procedures within manufacturing
- ESA & IPC manufacturing experience is desirable
- Understanding of complex engineering drawings and instructions
