Description
- You will be working alongside the Head of Legal - Commercial to support Company's strategic goal to co-term its customer contracts.
- The role will involve advising, drafting and negotiating across a variety of commercial matters including SaaS agreements, master service agreements (MSAs), and data processing agreements (DPAs), among others
- Supervise associate counsels / contract managers as needed on specific legal matters or projects.
Profile
- A minimum of 5PQE as a commercial lawyer.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent organization, execution and project management skills.
