Reward Analyst

Posted by Frazer Jones.

At Frazer Jones we are pleased to be working with one of our favourite clients, an award-winning mid-sized international law firm, who are looking to hire a Reward Analyst to join their small but growing London team, working in their stunning City offices (3 days per week).

What they are ideally looking for is an HR Coordinator, HR Assistant or Advisor with a couple of years' experience in an HR team, but who is looking to specialise in the exciting and rapidly evolving Reward sector. If someone is interested in making the move across to specialise then our client does want to see demonstrable ability in dealing with complex, time sensitive projects - and ideally some experience working with Rewards & Benefits, as part of your wider role in HR.

Experience in a law firm is a plus, but not essential. Ideal candidates will have some expeirence within professional services, a partnership, or similar commercially focused environment.

The role will be to support their Senior Reward Manager and will help deliver the firm's reward strategy and programmes in London, and across their global offices.

Key responsibilities will include;

  • Supporting the annual compensation review process, including collection and analysis of salary survey and benchmark data.
  • Acting as a part of a 'centre of expertise' and being a 'subject matter expert' providing advice and guidance to HR colleagues and the business on reward policy.
  • Working with the Reward Manager to develop new compensation and benefits programmes to meet business needs and ensure competitiveness in the market.
  • Engage with line managers and staff to educate them on the firm's reward agenda to raise the profile of the reward and benefits offering.
  • Manage a portion of the wider benefit programmes, including supporting the renewal process, managing relationships with benefit providers, and supporting employees with queries and claims.
  • Working on and leading reward projects such as the introduction of new benefits.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders such as the wider HR team, business managers, payroll and administration teams.

The firm offer a highly competitive salary whether you're a junior Reward Analyst looking for a new challenge, or a HR Assistant looking for a step up and a chance to specialise. They have industry leading benefits and a fantastic reputation for developing and supporting the career paths of their staff.

For more information, to be considered, or to discuss your next career move please contact John Bruce at Frazer Jones ASAP.
