Family Law Solicitor – Varied Caseload – Career Progression Opportunities
About the firm:
A traditional and reputable firm based in Tameside who have established a strong local presence and are known for providing an excellent legal services are looking for a Solicitor or FCILEX to join the Family Law team on a permanent basis.
What will you be doing?
This position will involve managing your own caseload in the areas of divorce, financial remedy issues, civil partnership conflicts, and the rights of single and cohabiting couples. The ideal applicant would be someone who is willing to help with the firm's external advisory sessions as well as the Legal Surgery sessions.
What can you bring to the team?
2+ years minimum PQE and/or experience in this field is necessary, including being able to manage your own caseload and the role also requires prior advocacy experience.
What can they offer you?
Salary for this role will be based on experience level and market rate, expending to be ranging from £35,000 - £50,000.
