FP&A Manager - 3-6 Month Contract

I am partnered with a leading FinTech business who have scaled up rapidly due to YoY growth and are now seeking a FP&A Manager for a 3-6 month contract. You will be supporting the Head of FP&A and leading the financial planning and analysis function to provide insights on company performance. You will play a pivotal role in helping to enhance the future of the organisation whilst driving sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the FP&A function and provide insights, risks and opportunities to senior stakeholders across the business, providing forecasts for strategic decision-making
- Support the annual budgeting and quarterly reforecasting process by collaborating with stakeholders
- Building, reviewing and managing financial models used to forecast business performance as well as developing models for ROI and KPI's
- Work with complex, large datasets to identify risks and opportunities
- You will be an efficient business partner, working with various departments and collaborate with unit leaders to monitor and improve financial performance
About you:
- ACA/ACCA/CA/CIMA Qualified
- Must have Commercial Finance experience working in a FinTech/Financial Services business
- Strong modelling skills - able to build, manage and review models
- Have a proven record in providing insights for financial performance
- Ability to work with large, complexed sets of data
- Strong Excel skills
- Must be immediately available
