This beautifully located one-form entry primary school is looking for a Year 6 teacher to join their team, 2 days per week from 3rd November 2025. Your new role
Your new job as a Year 6 teacher, working 2 days per week from November, will be to work closely as a job share, providing a learning experience that is enriching and varied.
You'll be expected to take on full class responsibility for those 2 days, including planning and preparation, as well as ensuring that there is excellent communication between your 2 days and the other job share. You will be expected to mark all work and provide thorough feedback to ensure children are on track for their SATs.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this job you need to be available 2 days per week from 3rd November 2025-July 2026. You will have a passion for teaching key stage 2 and prior experience of year 6 would be desirable but not essential. This role would also be suitable for ECTs - MPS6 and would be paid to scale from day 1. You need to create a safe and secure learning environment where children are in their final year of school and prepare them fully for secondary school.
