Job Summary

My client leading media agency is seeking a skilled and results-driven Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist to join their dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in using HubSpot, paid media, PPC (pay-per-click) campaigns, and SEO (search engine optimization). The CRO Specialist will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing our online marketing funnels to improve conversion rates, increase customer engagement, and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Optimize Conversion Rates:

  • Develop and execute strategies to optimize conversion rates across various digital channels.
  • HubSpot Management:
  • Utilize HubSpot for campaign management, lead tracking, and marketing automation.
  • Design and implement workflows, email campaigns, and lead nurturing sequences to enhance conversion

rates.

Paid Media and PPC Campaigns:

  • • Manage and optimize PPC campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta campaigns, Bing Ads,

and social media advertising.

  • • Conduct keyword research, ad copy creation, and bid management to improve campaign performance.

SEO:

  • • Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to drive organic traffic and improve search engine

rankings.

  • Conduct regular site audits and competitor analysis to identify and address SEO opportunities.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting:
  • Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot) to track and report on key performance indicators

(KPIs) related to conversion rates, traffic, and campaign effectiveness.

  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to inform marketing strategies.
  • Collaboration and Communication:
  • Work closely with content creators, designers, and developers to ensure cohesive and effective marketing

campaigns.

  • • Communicate findings and strategies to stakeholders and provide regular updates on campaign

performance.

Experience:

  • • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on CRO, paid media, PPC, advanced

Meta and SEO.

  • Proven experience using HubSpot for marketing automation and lead management.
  • Constructing campaigns end to end and analyising results
  • Tracking pixels and carrying out sales funnels analytics
  • A trackrecord in performance marketing

Skills:

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in PPC management tools (e.g., Google Ads, Bing Ads) and SEO , META and Programmatic.
  • Excellent understanding of A/B testing, multivariate testing, and other CRO methodologies.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
