Customer Operations Executive - Healthcare OTC Brands

A newly created role at a super exciting, fast-moving Personal Care and Medicated Over-the-Counter product business as they continue to grow both by brand acquisition and increasing market share across their product categories.
Joining a small team to become an important part of the Operations and Supply Chain function, your role will focus on processing sizeable orders for UK & International customers onto their ERP system ensuring a high level of accuracy. High volume export orders are transported several times a year to global destinations and therefore you will have close liaison with freight forwarders and warehouse teams organising freight insurance, booking containers, organising import approvals, uploading export documentation.
Experience of processing business-to-business sales orders is essential along with high levels of accuracy and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft office is also important.
The team are office based in Watford and therefore the company are looking for someone within easy commuting distance, ideally local to the area.
