Supervising social worker - Low caseload

Salary up to £42,000 + 5% bonus + mileage door-to-door

NonStop Social Care is currently working with a highly regarded fostering agency in Oxfordshire. I am looking for a supervising social worker to join their team remotely. The IFA supports a hybrid model of working with lots of flexibility to work from home.

The Fostering agency is a Outstanding Ofsted provider and has a focus to offer therapeutic fostering placements. You will benefit of Robust Induction, Supportive Management Team, Monthly Reflective Supervisions, regular learning and reflective opportunities with the Social Work team.

They are also supporters of work-life balance of employees and they have a whole well-being programme designed for this.

Responsibilities

The supervising social worker will be working remotely and visit foster carers and families when required. Most of the visits are done in person and the locations of the carers are in Tingewick, Milton Keynes, Oxford, King Sutton.

There is no need to take part in form Fs as part of the role. Great Work/Life balance. Small caseload spread out between the whole team, supportive team.

Mileage is paid door-to-door. Remote working.
