Key Responsibilities:
- Master the technical aspects of our products to provide insightful information
- Develop engaging marketing content for our website, social media, and other platforms
- Execute email marketing campaigns using Zoho Campaigns
- Collaborate with the technical director, sales manager, and tech support manager; provide backup support during absences
- Create user-friendly manuals and guides by understanding product setups and functionalities
- Produce YouTube explainer videos and instructional content
- Manage and grow our social media presence with creative content
- Keep our website up-to-date and engaging (WordPress)
- Represent the company at exhibitions and trade shows, both in the UK and globally
Desired Skills and Experience:
Experience in any of the following areas is beneficial but not essential as full training will be provided:
- Video Encoding/Decoding
