An award-winning Non-Contentious Construction team is looking to add a non-contentious construction solicitor to its team in Edinburgh due to organic growth.
This is a fantastic opportunity to become involved in some of the most interesting work available in Scotland, acting on domestic and international projects across the real estate, renewable energy, infrastructure and transport sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and negotiate build and engineer contracts and related agreements, including development, management, supply and maintenance contracts
- Deliver consultants' conditions of appointment, collateral warranties, parent company & performance guarantees and bonds
- Manage contract specifications and ensure compliance with building regulations
- Handle various other responsibilities related to non-contentious construction law
Requirements:
- Qualified solicitor with NQ-2 years' PQE in non-contentious construction law
- Demonstrated enthusiasm, positivity and high energy levels
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
