Prospero Teaching are looking for a Computer Science Teacher for an Oftsted rated "good" Secondary School in Wakefield. This position is to start in November after October half term and is part time (2 days).

This position open to ECTs and NQTs wanting to gain more valuable classroom experience.

  • Location - Wakefield, West Yorkshire.

  • Duration / Likely Duration - Until the end of the academic year

  • Full time/part time - Part time (2 days)
  • Minimum rate of pay - Minimum rate £162 per day
  • Hours - 8:00 AM- 4PM, plus parents evenings

EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • QTS or equivalent
  • Computer Science or Information Technology related degree
  • Minimum 1 year Maths teaching experience in the UK
  • Up to date Safeguarding training issued in the last year

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:

  • Hold Right to Work in the UK
  • Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
  • Provide two professional child related references that cover the last 2 years
