Reed Education are working closely with Nurseries within the Cheshire area. We are actively searching for a Nursery manager for an immediate start and a permanent contract. Responsibilities:
- Leadership: Manage and inspire a team of educators, ensuring a positive and nurturing environment for children.
- Operations: Oversee day-to-day operations, including staff scheduling, curriculum planning, and compliance with regulations.
- Parent Engagement: Foster strong relationships with parents, addressing their concerns and providing updates on their child's progress.
- Financial Management: Monitor budgets, allocate resources efficiently, and contribute to financial sustainability.
- Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of care, safety, and hygiene within the nursery.
- Professional Development: Support staff development and training.
Requirements:
- Experience: Previous experience in a managerial role within a nursery setting is desired.
- Qualifications: Level 3 (Required).
- Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Passion: A genuine love for working with children and a commitment to their well-being!
