We are excited to be working with a fantastic professional services company who a recruiting a new position of HR Assistant to assist the HR Director on a day to day basis. This is a part time role and 2/3 days will be considered.
Previous experience within an HR Administrator position is essential and you must be able to work in a professional environment, on your own initiative with strong organisational skills.
Duties include:
- Supporting on the employee lifecycle from start to finish
- Assisting with recruitment by logging CVs on to the system and arranging interviews
- Updating the HR System and ensuring data is accurate
- Onboarding and offboarding of employees including coordinating with IT to ensure new starter requirements
- Liaising with recruitment agencies
- Writing and updating job specs, vetting candidates and collecting RTW documentation and references
- Being first point of contact for HR queries
- Collating ad reporting on HR Management information
- Updating benefit plans with new changes and liaising with providers
- Updating policies and procedures as guided by the HR Director
- Daily ad hoc HR administration
- Managing diary for the CEO
Key skills include:
- Previous HR experience
- Ideally studying/qualificed CIPD Level 3
- Excellent communication skills
On offer:
- Due to the role being part time the position is office based for the 2 days
- £32,000 pro rata (£12,800 - 2 days)
- Working hours 9.30-5.30pm
- 2/3 days part time (both will be considered)
